Rich and well balanced with smooth texture and great mouthfeel, accentuated by flavour concentration, firm but soft tannins, and subtle oak impressions. A generous wine with wonderful fruit purity. Recommended Food: Enjoy with poultry, roasts, stews, grilled fish, pasta, soup and cheese dishes. Serving temperature: Serve between 15-17
