Tasting Note

We love how the bold and confidently structured malbec pairs wonderfully with the raspberry, Indian spice and ripe plum of the shiraz. The palate is full and rich with plenty of rich dark fruit and smooth sexy tannins.
 

Food Pairing

Dry-aged rump steak with a chilli rub, cooked to perfection on the barbecue or try a Tex-Mex fajita.
 

Cellaring

Can be enjoyed now or over the next few years, or cellar at a cool temperature for 5 years.
