Kew Garden
A unique and refreshing variation on the classic Mojito using fresh cucumber and elderflower to conjure up flavours of the traditional English garden.

35ml Light Rum

15ml Elderflower syrup or liqueur

25ml Fresh Lime Juice

10ml Sugar Syrup

4-6 chunks Cucumber

Fresh Mint leaves

In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, use a muddler to crush the cucumber chunks.

Clap the mint leaves between your hands to release the flavours and aromatic oils and add to the cucumber.

Add other ingredients and fill with ice.

Shake well and fine strain into a tall glass filled with ice.

Garnish with a mint sprig and cucumber ribbon.
