Berry Mule
A mule with a fruity kick, featuring Bacardi white rum.
- 2 tsp mixed berry jam
- 35 ml Bacardi white rum
- Juice of one lemon
- Ginger beer
- Fresh berries and sprig of mint to garnish
- Dollop the jam into a cocktail shaker
- Add the rum and stir until dissolved
- Add the lemon juice and a large scoop of ice
- Shake vigorously.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with ice
- Top up with ginger beer
- Garnish with fresh mixed berries and a sprig of mint
