• 50ml Espresso

  • 35ml Shanky's Whip Whiskey Liqueur

  • 35ml Guinness reduction

  • 3 Dashes cacao infused angostura

  • ​Dark Chocolate shavings and coffee beans to garnish



  1. Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice. 

  2. Shake hard until cold and a nice foam has formed in the shaker.

  3. Strain into your favourite martini glass and garnish with Belgian dark chocolate shavings and coffee beans.

To make Guinness reduction

750ml Guinness
500g Sugar
Cook on low heat to dissolve sugar and then reduce by 1/3
