Ingredients

 

  • 35ml Bailey’s Irish Cream

  • 25ml Monin white chocolate syrup

  • 25ml Cucumber water

  • 15ml Creme de menthe

 

  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake hard until cold and a nice foam has formed in the shaker,

  2. Strain into your favourite coupe glass or into a tumbler over ice and garnish with toasted coconut flakes.


To make the cucumber water
Take one large cucumber and blend into a pulp.
Strain off the solids and store the water in an airtight container in the fridge.
