Ingredients

50ml Summer Citrus Cordial*

25ml Gin

100ml Pierre Jourdan Brut

25ml Soda Water

Garnish

Wheel of blood orange

Sprig of fresh mint

Method

• Combine ingredients over ice in a large wine glass.
• Stir well.
• Garnish with a wheel of blood orange and a sprig of fresh mint.

*Summer Citrus Cordial

• 2 cups white sugar
• 1 cup lemon juice
• 2 cups orange juice
• 1 teaspoon of salt

Combine ingredients in a pot and simmer until the sugar is dissolved. Store in a clean bottle and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
