Ingredients

50ml Hennessey XO

2 teaspoons Apricot Jam

3-4 dashes Aromatic or Cocoa Bitters

Garnish

Dried apricots

Optional slice of dehydrated citrus

Method

• In a mixing glass or cocktail shaker, combine ingredients
• Using a bar spoon, stir until jam is dissolved (you can also pre-dissolve the jam using a
  dash of hot water)
• Add a large scoop of ice and stir for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a Rock Glass filled with fresh ice
