Johnnie Walker Blonde Summer Citrus Highball
A light and refreshing highball combining JW Blonde whisky with a homemade summer citrus cordial. The pre-batched cordial and simple preparation method makes this a great drink for entertaining.

35ml JW Blonde
50ml Summer Citrus Cordial*
150ml Soda Water
Method
Combine Ingredients over ice in a tall glass
Stir and garnish with a wedge of fresh citrus and a sprig of fresh mint.
*Summer Citrus cordial
- 2 cups White Sugar
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 2 cups Orange Juice
- 1 teaspoon of salt
Combine ingredients in a pot and simmer until sugar is dissolved
Store in a clean bottle and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks
