Ingredients

100ml Diemersdal Sauvignon Blanc

15ml Triple Sec

50ml Apple Juice

15ml Fresh Lemon Juice

50ml Soda water

Garnish

Slices of fresh seasonal fruit

Method

• Combine ingredients over ice in a large wine glass.
• Stir well.
• Garnish with slices of fresh seasonal fruits.

Can be scaled up to a jug-sized batch by multiplying ingredients by five (per 1 litre batch).
