Ingredients

35ml Bains

25ml Aperol

50ml fresh grapefruit Juice

25ml Honey water

2 dash orange bitters

Garnish

Raspberries on a cocktail pick

Method

Combine ingredients over ice in a cocktail shake.
Shake well and strain over fresh ice in a martini or coupe glass
Garnish with fresh raspberries on a cocktail pick
Honey water – combine equal parts honey and hot water. Stir until honey is dissolved.
