SWAGGER ON THE ROCKS

Ingredients

50ml Singleton 12yr

10ml Brown Sugar Syrup

4 dash Aromatic Bitter

Dash of Absinthe

Garnish

sprig of fresh dill

Method

Combine Ingredients (except Absinthe) over ice in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker and stir well for at least 10-15 seconds

Add the Absinthe to a large whisky glass and swirl until the inside of the glass is coated. Discard any leftover absinthe.

Add large, fresh ice cubes to the glass and strain the cocktail into the glass

Garnish with a single star anise and a sprig of fresh dill
