Ingredients

50ml Martell VS

50ml Pineapple Juice

15ml freshly squeezed lemon juice

25ml Pomegranate or Honeybush syrup

Garnish

Pomegranate gems

Sprig of fresh thyme

Method

• Combine ingredients excluding the syrup in a cocktail shaker
• Add a large scoop of ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice
