
Ballantine’s Scarlet Starlet
A vibrant fruity and floral cocktail that breaks all the Whisky stereotypes!

Ingredients
50ml Ballantine’s Scotch Whisky
25ml Hibiscus Syrup*
3-4 Fresh Strawberries (hulled and halved)
25ml Lime juice
Method
- Muddle the strawberries and Hibiscus syrup in the base of a cocktail shaker.
- Add Whisky and lime juice
- Shake well with ice
- Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass and garnish with fresh strawberries
*Hibiscus Syrup
- 1 cup White Sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 hibiscus tea bags
- Combine ingredients in a pot and simmer until sugar is dissolved and hibiscus tea has infused well.
- Store in a clean bottle and keep refrigerated for up to 2 weeks
