Jameson Select Reserve Orchard Sour
The orchard fruit notes of Irish Whiskey pair perfectly with apple and apricot in this slightly tart but fruity cocktail.

35ml Jameson
50ml Cloudy Apple Juice
25ml Lime Juice
2 bar spoon Apricot Jam
2 dash Angostura Bitters
Method
- Combine Ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker
- Shake well and strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
- Garnish with fresh sage apple slices
