How to Enter Customers need to only swipe their SPAR rewards card in any TOPS store with their purchase to stand a chance of randomly being selected to win their current purchase for free.
 
Wins are triggered over the competition duration up to the given budget amount. The number of wins is variable and adapted as budget is consumed to best allow for wins to occur up to the end of the competition if possible.

  • For South Africa- the National Consumer Commission (NCC) in South Africa for assistance with their rights as consumers. The NCC is responsible for enforcing the Consumer Protection Act and handling consumer complaints.
  • For Botswana- the Competition and Consumer Authority which ensures promotions don't involve unfair business practices, like increasing prices to fund the competition or unclear terms and the Gambling Authority which manages the licensing process for promotional competitions, ensuring they are conducted responsibly and fairly.
  • For Namibia- the Lotteries Board of Namibia which is the regulatory body responsible for authorizing and overseeing all lotteries and promotional competitions in the country.
  • For Eswatini- the Eswatini Competition Commission which regulates fair trading practices.
