Learn how to get that perfect beer head going - follow these steps:
- Tilt a chilled beer glass at a 45° angle.
- Position the spout of the beer bottle a few centimetres above the rim of the glass.
- Aim to pour the beer onto the bottom side of the glass, in a smooth and steady motion, making sure not to agitate the beer.
- When the beer is one third fill, begin to level out the glass.
- The beer glass should be standing level when the beer bottle is empty.
- Allow the head to settle for a few seconds.
