Mojito
A refreshing, long, summer cocktail crammed with mint and zesty lime.
50 ml Bacardi white rum
1 tsp castor sugar
Fresh mint leaves
Limes
Soda water
Add quartered limes and a handful of fresh mint to a tall glass.
Add the sugar
Use a muddler to squeeze out the juices
Fill the glass with crushed ice
Top with soda water and stir with a spoon
Garnish with a sprig of mint
