• 25ml Bourbon
  • 2-3 Slice ripe mango
  • 15ml Lemon juice
  • 15ml Agave Syrup or brown sugar syrup
  • 2 Dash Angostura Bitters
  • 50ml Beer (We used Robson’s Durban Pale Ale but any flavourful beer will do)
 
  1. In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, muddle mango with syrup.
  2. Add ice and other ingredients except beer and shake well. 
  3. Strain into a goblet or champagne flute
  4. Top with beer
  5. Garnish with a slice of fresh mango.
