4 fresh red grapes
25ml Tanqueray London Dry Gin
Juice of half a lemon
Sparkling wine
3 red grapes to garnish
Cocktail stick

Add the grapes and the gin to a cocktail shaker
Use a muddler to squeeze out the juice from the grapes
Add the fresh lemon juice and a scoop of ice
Shake vigorously for at least 20 seconds
Strain into a chilled champagne flute
Top with sparkling wine
Decorate with the remaining grapes skewered onto a cocktail stick
